About Us
Porth Eryri Glamping is a dream brought to life by us (Gethin and Teleri), we are a local couple deeply rooted in the heart of Eryri (Snowdonia). We were both raised in the charming village of Pentrefoelas, just a stone’s throw from our glamping site, and this land holds a special place in our hearts.
We run Porth Eryri Glamping on our 50-acre farm, which is located on the edge of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, a merely 5 miles drive from the picturesque village of Betws-y-Coed. We wanted to share its beauty with others in a way that honours its natural splendour. Our glamping site features a total of four private and secluded cabins nestled within a tranquil 3-acre woodland.
Alongside running our glamping site, we also manage Bocs Bwyd, a cosy café/sandwich bar located in the heart of Pentrefoelas village, just a mile from our cabins. It’s a place where locals and visitors alike can enjoy delicious, homemade food and experience the warm, welcoming atmosphere of our community.

Meet Your Hosts
Our lives are full, not least because we are also busy raising our four young children. Family is at the heart of everything we do, and we’re passionate about creating a welcoming and authentic experience for our guests.
Welsh (Cymraeg) is our first language, spoken in our home and throughout our village. It’s the language of our heritage, our daily lives, and our community. We’re proud to share this vibrant aspect of our culture with you during your stay at Porth Eryri Glamping. We hope you’ll feel the warmth of our welcome and the genuine spirit of Eryri during your time here in the cabins.
We look forward to welcoming you to Porth Eryri Glamping very soon!
